Great location near train station and shopping mall. Italian restaurant is amazing. Hotel staff are helpful and happy. Rooms, pool, gym, and outdoor bar are wonderful. Breakfast area has old world charm. Recommended.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, providing great customer service from the moment we arrived until we left. Special shoutout to Songkran, our waiter during breakfast, were great to ensure our coffee and drinks were always perfect. Excellent level of service!. The hotel is located in a great area, close to a high-end shopping mall and with easy access to attractions and transportation options. It was convenient for us to explore the city and enjoy the local amenities. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space even with an extra roll-away bed in the room. The pool was also quiet and enjoyable.

We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, particularly when we arrived late at night and noticed some food not as fresh as expected. The cleanliness factor could be improved.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities, such as the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing spa center. the treatment room had an exclusive vibe that made me feel pampered. the restaurant served delicious halal food and the poolside snack bar was convenient. the location was very advantageous since it was in a central area.

The only minor issue I had was with the service. Although most of the staff were friendly, some were not as prompt as I hoped.

The beds were super comfy and the location was unbeatable. Tuk tuks can take you to all the temples and the BTS train station is only 1 minute away. The central location is perfect for shopping with malls within walking distance.
